Important Note:
- Papers have to be registered & payment received by 15 October 2008 as well as presented at the conference in order for them to be included in IEEE Xplore database and indexed by the Engineering Index (EI).
- Selected papers will be published in a new on-line journal Optics and Photonics (WorldScientific).
Manuscript Submission Procedure
Step 1 - Prepare the manuscript according to IEEE format
- Please prepare your manscript in the form of .PDF file and are to be limited to a maximum length of four (04) pages (A4 size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. Please use the template posted below when preparing your manuscript.

Step 2 – Check the file for IEEE Xplore Compliance
- Please download IEEE Xplore Distiller Settings and refer to the PDF Specification for guidance on how to make your PDF file IEEE Xplore® compatible.
- To check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance, go to: http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp
- This site will open from 20 Sept 08 to 15 Nov 08
- Click on the link “New Users - Click Here” and complete the online form.
- The Conference ID is: IPGCX
Step 3 – Forward the IEEE Compliance Email
Please note that after Step 2, if your file pass the IEEE compliance check, you will receive an email from IEEE. Please FORWARD that email to: confpaper@inmeet.com.sg so that we can verify and confirm that your file is compliant.
Step 4 – Submit your final manuscript via the conference submission system
Even though your file has passed the compliance check, you are still required to submit your final manuscript to the conference submission system. Step 2 is just for you to check for file compliance. Your submission is still not received by the conference, until you complete step 4.

Step 5 – Submit the Copyright Form
